Great for a home workout room

I would recommend it. I'm 76 yo female with arthritis. Unit is bulky but I can move it. It's important to consider whether you have adequate space. I like the wrist band remote control. It's quiet enough, but shakes the floor a bit. I don't feel a lot of vibes In standing position higher than my waist, but I know it's still shaking the higher areas because my vision shakes somewhat. It's less of a massage and more like a shake than I expected, but I sleep better at night, have more sense of relaxation and wellbeing during the day.

A lot of machine

It's a good shake. With a leaner body than mine, it might produce a standing full body 'massage.' But with my amount of excess fat tissue, the vibes don't crawl up all the way to my neck, which is what I had hoped. I can't do the upper body prone positions because I'm 76 with arthritis. I have been feeling more alert, have better balance, more restful sleep, and have no trouble tolerating the ten minute sessions.
