Helps with muscle soreness, pain and my osteoporosis. I like pre-set programs and just started to work out on it. Purchased after L3 compression fracture as part of my osteoporosis treatment plan.

I've only tried the basics, but much more powerful than most of the garbage out there, goes up to 40 hz where most max out at 15. It's built well. Looking forward to trying more functions and using daily.
