Neuropathy Pain Relief

I tried my DIL's vibration plate after a long drive where I had swelling in my feet and ankles and pain in my calves and hips. I experienced immediate relief and increased mobility from simply sitting on the couch with my feet on the plate for 10 minutes. I usually can't tolerate the foot massagers due to the neuropathy. I was very surprised that I did not experience the usual intense sensitivity with the plate. I used it 4 times in a 23 hour period. After the long trip back home, I didn't have the usual pain and swelling from travel but the stiffness returned the following day which led me to purchase the Rumblex plus 4D. I'll be using it daily and as my strength and mobility increases I will transition into the full workouts. I'm excited to regain my stability and confidence to live life again!

I won’t say this is the only thing I use to stay fit, but it’s definitely a great addition to my home gym. When used properly, just 10 minutes on this vibration plate leaves my muscles sore—in a good way—and gives me the same feeling as running 3 or 4K. It’s a solid tool for boosting circulation, engaging core stability, and helping with recovery. Definitely worth incorporating into your routine if you’re looking to level up your workouts with minimal time.

I love my vibration plate. I enjoy using it daily. I would like it to have more than 3 programs or if I could create programs that were stored.
