Within a few sessions, I noticed improved muscle activation, reduced stiffness, and better post‑workout recovery. It’s also highly effective for lymphatic drainage and joint mobility work. Rumblex plus 4D - Exceeds expectation

I was wary of trusting the reviews and claims being made, but because of a friend I decided to try this vibration plate. I had to start extremely slow because I have fibromyalgia. I used it a couple of minutes 3 times a week for the first few weeks and it was a workout. I was able to build up more quickly after the first three weeks and within the second month made it up to 10 minutes a day.
This has really helped me to feel better and stronger. One of the best ways to say how it makes me feel is YOUNGER! I look forward to seeing if it will also help with improving my osteoporosis as I continue to use it.

My 2nd Plate from LifePro

I had gotten a LifePro Vibration Plate around 6 years ago when I was first diagnosed with lymphadema. I have used it faithfully and have enjoyed how much better my legs have felt. But I felt like it was time to upgrade. This is what was recommended for people with lymphadema. So just got it unboxed and have tried it out. So much different from my other one. But can't wait to continue using it and helping with my lymphadema and lipedema.
