Just received the plate today & spent 10 minutes on the lowest setting to try it out. Purchased for lymph drainage and weight loss, can definitely see how muscles will fire while using.
Unfortunately one of the wheels was off in the box (it's a very heavy unit) and I haven't figured out how to reattach so it looks like I'll be reaching out to customer service for assistance.

I just received mine today. I’m amazed at the variety of programs on this machine. I have owned another brand that had only one direction of movement. This is above what I imagined I was getting! Anxious to learn all about it!
