Love Rumblex - Remote doesn't work

Upgraded to Rumblex - love the 4D vibration, along with exercises. The remote doesn't work despite changing the battery and trying a few other things.

The LifePro Rumblex 4D is powerful, well-made, and easy to use. I love the 4D motion, it really activates muscles and helps with soreness and recovery. Quiet, sturdy, and effective. Highly recommend!
