I bought this for my 10 yr old son as his pediatric ortho doctor highly recommended it to be used in conjunction with his therapy regimen. Hoping to help build muscle strength and also alleviate some of the neuropathy he feels in his legs at the end of a school day or long day out. So far my son is enjoying it and able to operate it himself.

Really useful vibrating platform

I purchased it just a few days ago during Prime days and really enjoy it so far. It’s my first experience with vibrating platforms, but my wife and I wanna use it almost every day. We hope to get a lot of health benefits from it.

After reading many reviews and having enjoyed the use of a Power Plate a few years back at a local Fitness Center, I decided to purchase the RumbleX Plus 4D Vibration plate after my doctor wanted to put me on medication for osteoporosis. In addition, I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. I'm very optimistic that using the vibration plate will allow me to find relief from joint pain and strengthen bones to help me avoid the scary drugs. I just received the vibration plate today, quickly set it up, and am very happy to say my first session on the plate was inspiring. It will take some time to get used to it, and master the settings, but I'm very glad I made the purchase.

My first plate

This is my second Lifepro item. I have the Vizacure light mask and now the Rumblex Plus 4D. I just got the plate so haven't used but a few times so far. It was easy to set up. I will say this is sturdy and appears well built (also means it is big and heavy). Fine for my hubby and myself in our 40s, but just be aware those with strength or mobility issues might prefer their smaller models. What sold me on this company was the fact it has the customer and community support. I wanted a plate that would grow with us, a variety of movements and speeds plus which is why we chose the Rumblex and the Plus just because it had the flat surface for eventual workout positions. I came across vibration plates in general while researching for bone enhancing (menopause) and became impressed with all the other benefits. It seems like it would address a variety of menopause issues (joints, bone, sagging, etc).

Heavy duty real thing!

This is a heavy duty machine. It will take a while to get the hang of it, its capabilities and functionality. But wow, so far it seems super well made, packaging is great, instructions well thought out. Now to figure it all out!
