Solidly built, functions well

I just received my product & this review is required right after registration so I can only speak to its functionality. I won't know how effective it is for my health & fitness until I've used it for a time and have had a chance to view the exercise videos. I'd recommend sending a request for a review 3-4 weeks later instead of linking it with registration.

I used the vibration rumblex plus 4D vibration plate on speed 1 for 15 mins today and felt my lymphatic draining. I like the remote on the wrist.

My father-in-law inspired me to get one since he has one. Felt bad because this one is bigger and more sturdy than his and so far the device works great. Would recommend this but know your limitations. I have MS, diabetes, and kidney problems and this is great for me but I get anxious about wanting to do more and that gets me in trouble. Take it slow.
