I wasn't sure what to expect, but I have noticed my ankles feeling tight lately. I stand for work all day long and I definitely don't want swollen ankles. Since I've been doing my vibration plate, I don't have that feeling anymore. I'm excited to see what this does after using it for several months.

Did go ahead and use the machine although I was missing parts …that was disappointing (exercise mate, screws and hex key). I’m assuming this was a return which is okay since it was on sale.
I look forward to this journey. Definitely nice on our 1st time. Husband thinks he may get have slept better. Will see if it’s a fluke when we use it tonight.
