This vibration plate has been a wonderful tool for my daughter’s physical therapy. It helps activate her muscles, improve circulation, and makes her PT exercises more effective. It’s been a helpful addition to her at-home therapy routine.

Worked perfectly out of the box. Only the slightest low vibrating noise when the included mat is underneath, no rattling or loud sounds that might disturb neighbors. It fits under the bed but is a bit heavy when sliding it out and back after each use, but that can’t be helped. Straightforward to use, the instruction book is in clear language, and the included accessories are helpful in making it even more of a full body workout.

I have loved using the Lifepro Rumblex plus 4D!! I love the way I feel when my session is completed. I feel like my core strength is improving and my legs feel stronger.
