I just received my unit today and I have already used it three times. It was a little strange at first to get used to as this is my first vibration plate, but something about it felt very good to my body and energizing after just the first use. I’ve read a lot of reviews and researched vibration plates extensively before making this purchase. Very interested in assisting my lymphatic system and draining and gaining all the other health benefits that people brave about. My sister was here visiting from out of town and after she used it once she went to the website to purchase one for herself and her husband.

5 stars! The vibration mode is great for my old joints and I am excited for overall improved lymph drainage and circulation as well as improved joint mobility!! The watch is great! Much better than a remote.
