Looking forward to continuing use. If I had any suggestions for improvements, the elastic bands are not tight enough to get a benefit. I even tried shortening them. But no problem.

Got it to help with back problems

The preset programs 2 and 3 are too intense for my back, my chiropractor suggested using the pulsation training mode manually.
