I was skeptical, but decided to try it. I was shocked by how good it feels to just stand on it. It’s like a massage while standing. My tight hamstring that has been bothering me for a year already started feeling better after a couple days. I also have digestive issues and I swear the vibrations make my stomach feel better. I’m prone to headaches, so I worried about that, but so far, so good!

So far, on initial use, the controls seem to be very intuitive and easy to follow. The weight of the unit feels substantial so should stand up to use long-term.
