No nighttime peeing

Used my lifepro for the first time last night and noticed that it was the first night in years that I didn’t have to get up to pee in the middle of the night. And all I did was lay my calves on the plate at 30hz. for 10 min.

Makes a loud rickety noise for the first 5-8 minutes, but then it goes away.
