So far I am loving my vibration plate. I work out three times a week with weights and my vibration plate has been helpful in my recovery.

I got the Rumblex Plus 4D as an upgrade to my first LifePro vibration plate. I love the performance of it, but it is much lighter than I expected.

I just received my lifePro vibration plate. I haven't used yet but it's impressive so far. This is my second lifePro vibration plate and they don't disappoint stay tuned.
