I use the vibration plate for 10 minutes in the morning after my walk and then again in the late afternoon. My chiropractor recommended a vibration plate to help with osteoporosis and I’m glad I chose lifepro!

Not working in less than a month

Unit won’t turn on. I’ve tried the troubleshooting options. This was purchased to aid in the treatment of my Follicular Lymphoma. Very disappointed and have been unable to contact support.
