I've only had this a couple of days, but so far I love it. I can feel the small muscles working on stability. Excited to see how it helps with bone density, core strength, and lymphatic drainage.

I have limited mobility my Dr. Highly recommended that I start using one to help with muscle stimulation and aid in increasing my bone density. My husband loves it. Too

just bought it, so far works well, it was missing the screws and hex driver for the bar underneath for the handles.
so far after a 10 minute session, the machine works well

I've only tried this once so far and used the lowest speed but I can already feel the heaviness in my left leg has lifted and feels lighter. Looking forward to this new health journey!
