This unit the RUMBLEX 4D is a step up from other models - it has three motors with three different directional vibration modes and you can combine those directions in any combination of 1,2, or 3 at a time. Really makes sure that you get the full effect on the body. My special needs son actually loves it!

So far, I use it between 10 and 20 minutes a day and I work out 5 to 6 days a week. I’m excited to learn more and watch more videos. The videos that I have watched for my ankle that’s been broken by the tibia Fibia and bottom of my ankle has been helpful.

Hello, I thought this was going to be a great product but only one of the vibration features work. The updown and the side to side features do not work.
