After using the vibrating found muscles were more relaxed. Have issues with sore back and joints and found it helped relax those areas. Great ourchase.

Great Addition to My Daily Routine

The Rumblex Plus has been helpful with relaxing and reducing swelling after a long day on my feet. It’s also been beneficial and easy on my joints. It seems like it is making my at home exercises more affective too. It’s easy to use and the operating instructions are very straightforward. I’d recommend it to anyone and would purchase it again.

Rumblex 4D Plus - easy set up

We just got my Rumblex a few days ago. It was easy to set up and start using right out of the box. I'm still learning how to incorporate my vibration plate into my normal exercise routine. As a breast cancer survivor, I'm working on moving my lymph system more and improving my bone health.

This vibration plate has a lot of settings and it can hold up to a lot of weight so that way if you’re working out on it with some weight or somebody’s heavier, it can accommodate that and I just love all the features and I’m definitely noticing a difference in how I feel, I’m very thrilled with my purchase!
