First time user/purchase on advice from sister-in-law. Hoping it helps my running abilities. Only used it once so far, and definitely employed muscles I don’t usually stress.

After using a vibration pad in therapy, I wanted my own. I am neurodivergent and an unexpected benefit was feeling completely calm after just 10 minutes. Hadn’t had that kind of calm in ages. The product is so sturdy and will meet all my needs!
