So Far, So Good

I only received this yesterday, so not much experience. So far I am very happy. I have only been standing on the platform. I I have been running at a level of 4 to 10. This is more intense than I was expecting!

Reliable but could use improvement

This is very reliable, I use it daily in hopes to improve my bone density. Improvements that could be made are: the cord jiggles loose, and they placed it on the same side as the wheels so if you want to wheel it you have to unplug the cord from the unit. The wheels should have been placed on the other side. The tone sound is extremely loud when you touch the buttons. Totally unnecessary to have any tones at all. I like to do it in the morning when my hubby is asleep and the tones wake him up! They should publish their specs and model details on their website in a side by side comparison and include the magnitude, hertz, and frequency.
