Warranty

My first machine had issues so they replaced it. My replacement machine died completely. I bought a new cord and it still does not turn on and they will not replace it or send me parts. An expensive gift and they claim they have a warranty protection but so may loop holes that they do not honor any warranty. Over priced for non lifetime . I went through 2 machines in a year and both died.

Just got it. Too soon to tell, as far as benefit is concerned.
When received, one of the small, round, inset pads was dislodged and had to be reinstalled.
