Better written instructions

I like the plate, but the instructions on how to setup manual programs needs to be outlined better. I feel as if I have to hack around to find my way into it. Maybe I need a show & tell video to create my own low impact program for lymph drainage. Still, this a great product and an exercise I look forward to doing.
