First time session was good. The instructions said to plug in the power in the front but it was on the side. Also instructions said to insert plug until you hear a snap but there was no snap or any sound. Have not had time to evaluate the rest of the instructions.

Ordered the Rumblex Plus 4D and am very happy with my choice. Purchased another brand in the past and there is a substantial difference in quality. This plate offers a wide variety of movement patterns and speeds and has a large surface area making it feel very stable. I wish I purchased sooner.
