I definitely notice that my legs feel better afterward.The vibration plate seems to ease some of the pain and tightness.
I believe that improved circulation is supporting better lymphatic drainage. Some of the inflammation seems to be gone and I'm hoping this will also help with weight loss
I’ve also noticed better flexibility.

Love-1 Issue

Love the plate, however the Non-Slip Surface Mat on top of the machine is loose directly above the Control Panel/Display…I pressed it down, but popped right back up….afraid the entire mat will eventually come loose and be a trip/fall hazard.

This is the first time using the plus, and I totally felt a more intense workout on my whole body! I did 20 speed with all 3 modes on for 10 minutes. Wow!
