I think the Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate works just as advertised. Still learning how to get the most out of it but very impressed by its sturdy design and easy interface and smooth operation. Very nice product and looking to see how my body responds over time.

Very noisy compared to other vibration plates I’ve used. There is a persistent rattle. Doesn’t feel high quality unfortunately.

Only used it once but I did a lot of research and decided on this one. Good so far. I also used the TrueMed HSA approval process and it worked which was awesome!
