Very noisy compared to other vibration plates I’ve used. There is a persistent rattle. Doesn’t feel high quality unfortunately.

Only used it once but I did a lot of research and decided on this one. Good so far. I also used the TrueMed HSA approval process and it worked which was awesome!

We were excited to upgrade our vibration plate and saved to purchase the LifePro 4D plate. Unfortunately this plate barely vibrates even on the higher setting.
