Just used it once last night, and so far so good! Will be interested to see if I get any results with consistent use. I just wish it was a bit more compact. This one takes up quite a bit of room.

This vibration plate is incredible! I was gifted it for my birthday after trying a much cheaper model from another brand , and the difference is night and day. The power, stability, and overall quality are on a completely different level. You can immediately tell it’s a premium machine.
I’ve only had it for a week, but I’m already impressed with how solid it feels and how many intensity settings it offers. Whether you’re using it for recovery, circulation, lymphatic drainage, or adding a little extra challenge to your workouts, it delivers. If you’re debating between this and a budget vibration plate, I can confidently say it’s worth investing in the better-quality machine. I’m so glad I made the upgrade!
