This is my second Lifepro vibration plate. I bought the cheapest version the first time. This one is leaps and bounds better. I have only used it twice and I LOVE love love it so much more than the first one.

Absolutely Love It!

I just received the Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate and I absolutely love it. I have been using the LifePro Mini vibration plate consistently for the past four months, twice a day, and decided it was time to upgrade and go all out.
I am so happy I did. The Rumblex Plus is truly the Rolls-Royce of vibration plates. The build quality, power, and range of settings are on a completely different level.
Since I was already consistent with the Mini, I know I will be even more consistent with this one. It feels incredible and makes my workouts more effective and enjoyable.
Thank you, LifePro. This was a fantastic upgrade and I could not be happier.

I am so excited! I just received my unit and used it for the first time at minimum intensity. Felt great! I bought it to improve my balance and bone density, and I am looking forward to seeing improvements over time.
