Best workout addition!

Wow. This is such a great addition to our household. Daughter is a college D1 athlete who uses this for muscle recovery. Husband is over 250 lbs and is using this plate in addition to workout routine. He says his hips and joints feel much better. No pain after a workout. I have been using this for lymphatic drainage and increasing bone density. I feel like this is definitely working. Happy with my purchase.

Best vibration play

Wasn’t sure if I would like it, but it has so many uses. My husband has severe neuropathy and sits in a chair with his feet on the plate. Helps his circulation. I like watching various videos on Utube for ideas while on the plate.

Have 4 stars because I literally just opened it and tested it 1x. It’s quiet and I love the accessories. The watch band didn’t work so I need to see if that needs charging. Excited to use it more and build strength.

Having trouble figuring out how to program certain things. Wish I could save programs or wish I could just push a button for the program I want. Haven’t figured it out yet.

Best way to exercise

I love my Lifepro Rumblex 4D. It is easy to operate and the added bands add more difficult to exercising with the vibration plate. Ten minutes a session allows me exercise any time of day. I have tried a few different programs but the balance one is best for me. I feel my core getting stronger and my balance improving after just a few uses. I highly recommend the Lifepro Rumblex 4D.

My LifePro came without the remote and one of the gray buttons was missing. I contacted customer service and they asked for a video and pictures. I sent it to them and I haven’t heard anything from them since. I asked for an update and still no response. Horrible experience!!!
