I got this for my grandma and she absolutely loves it, I just got it set up and she tried it out and can’t wait to learn more. My papaw also likes it. Safe to say she’s going to be doing this every morning!

My husband and I both absolutely love this vibration plate. I have been an avid long distance walker but have never developed muscle like I have with this vibration plate. It is also helped my husband tremendously relieve the pain and tingling in his legs.

Just purchased our Rumblex hoping it will eliminate neck back shoulder pain. Can’t give more than 3 stars because we have only used it twice. We have used it for a few weeks we will provide an update.

Purchased it for relief of leg and knee stiffness. I find it is very effectlve at loosening them up and plan to explore other exercises for other body oarts. Quite satisfied.
