Every morning I get up and use my lifepro for 10 minutes while brewing coffee. It gets me limber for my daily activities and it just feels good.

Bone density machine

It has been challenging for me to find workout videos for my Rumblex 4D Plus. I bought it mostly to increase bone density. The manual doesn’t indicate the settings for 25-30 hz, the setting I need for bone density. I saw an ad for purchasing an additional membership to access workout programs etc. I think it’s a bit ridiculous that the program isn’t available for free with the purchase of the LifePro equipment. There was even a link to take me to workouts but that only led me to a catalog of LifePro products. I think that’s misleading. Otherwise I’m very happy with the product. I would like to see some free workout videos for bone density and lymphatic drainage that are from qualified trainers.

So excited!

I’ve been using it in the morning and when I come home from work! My favorite movement is probably the lateral. My body continues to vibrate long after I get off the machine. So easy to use while watching the morning news or talking with the family. I’m happy with my purchase!

My grandmas morning coffee

I got this for my grandma and she absolutely loves it, I just got it set up and she tried it out and can’t wait to learn more. My papaw also likes it. Safe to say she’s going to be doing this every morning!
