this is a great device for beginners and advance, fitness people love how the colors change as you go up in modes on the side. We have the black one really like it. My husband uses it. I use it and night it’s way for us to exercise in our home without having to go out and possibly falling or getting hurt or whatever else that might come up about outside, we are grateful that you offer the service so we can be fitness and still moving around getting our blood pumping thank you thank you thank you

Very quiet and I can feel it working the joi ts that get creaky after 30. I'm still trying to figure out how best to use it for my desk jockey hunch but that's a me problem.
Only thing I would change is to have some way to keep the toddler from playing with it without unplugging it all the time

We borrowed our parents' machine so much that they bought us our own!

I have been using my in-laws' machine for weeks now and I LOVE IT! They were so kind and just got us our own machine for our home. The first week or so I noticed my legs would be sore the next day from simple squat positions, which tells me the machine is actually doing work. My legs are looking smoother (less cellulite). I highly recommend!
