Missing ? wheel

I have tried my new lifepro rumblex plus and it was a little more noisy than the other ones I had tried before. I checked it out and when I turned it over I heard a loose object. The wheel wasn’t attached and the pin was inside the machine. I removed it easily enough and that solved the noise issue but I couldn’t get the wheel to attach. I tried calling but like everything else, it isn’t easy to talk to a live person.
