Noise issue

Actually, I’m wondering if there is abplace that it needs to be greased as it is making a high/ pitched squeaking sound and has for a few months. I just keep forgetting to inquire. Can you let me know what needs to be done. Otherwise, I’m fine with the product overall. I need to be more consistent in its use. Thankyou!

So far I have had the plate for about a month and have used it very consistently! It adds a whole new level to my workouts in all aspects of exercises.
I also enjoy it for the flexibility and toning features as well as recovery. It is just good to hang out on while I watch tv and such stuff.
