New to vibration plates

After deciding to get a vibration plate and much research, I decided on the Rumblex Plus. I am still learning but so far am very happy with my purchase. Pretty quiet as advertised (noisier at the faster levels but tolerable) and overall a quality product. I’m excited to keep learning and incorporate this into my fitness and recovery routine.

Love this 4D rumbles. A YouTuber doc who focuses on detox and lymph and strength recommended this one - which she uses. I’m just starting out and love it already

My Rumblex 4D Vibration plate stop functioning correct. Lifepro replaced it with no hassle. I sent a video of what it was doing wrong and they sent me a replacement with a few weeks! I would highly recommend this company!
