We’ve only had our vibration plate for a little while but we love it. I find it really helpful on recovery days and have enjoyed adding it to my routine.

There are very mild settings and some that offer a lot of shaking. I like it. It will not fit under my couch.

I ordered through a 3rd party dealer & had issues with it, I reached out to LifePro. They were not only apologetic, but after I sent them a brief video, I was shipped a replacement within a couple of days that works like a dream. I was told by my doctor to build muscle mass & improve balance, as I am a fall risk. I placed my Rumbler infront of my exercise bike & hold the handlebars of the bike if needed, when I feel my balance a bit off. The plate runs either manually, or on 3 different preset cycles. I switch through those 10 minutes cycles, that move through different levels & a combo of the different vibrations. On average, I burn about 60 calories per session - do that a couple times in the am & pm - you’ve accomplished a great workout. I am very glad I made the decision to purchase this LifePro Rumbler. Not only for the health benefits, but also because of the company behind it. They’re top notch, which is a rarity today. Thank you LifePro.

I have only been using my Rumblex 4D for a few weeks, but I can already tell I will love it more and more every day. The first week, I thought it was just that "this new health thing is doing wonders" feeling, but I am actually feeling better and definitely stronger in my own body. I am looking forward to seeing what it can do, and how I will feel when I start using it regularly at maximum strength (I am about 1/3 in at speed/strength 16 atm). Even at this point, a couple of weeks in, I would and am gladly recommending it to my friends.
