It’s a beautiful piece. My husband and I well pleased with the look and the build and the weight. It’s a very nice and professional piece. My “osteoporosis” specialist recommended I use this particular device 2x per day for 10 minutes. Unfortunately I can’t find the workout for “ building bone” in the manual.
