I’m 72 yrs old and needed a low impact type of exercise as to not injure myself although I’m still in pretty good shape and healthy I needed this to help my strength in my legs to help with balance and mobility so far it’s been a great workout.

Quick delivery. Easy setup. Little bit of a learning curve for me. So far have been using the preset workouts. Would have been a 5 star if the Whole Body Vibration Training Chart had been included. I think that would have been very beneficial to a newby like myself. I look forward to getting to know the product and hopefully to a healthier me.
