Solid Recovery Tool That Helps Me Wake Up

I’ve been using the LifePro Rumblex 4D for a couple weeks now, and I’m happy with it. It feels solid and well made, and it’s easy to use. The different vibration settings are useful depending on how I’m feeling that day.
I strength train regularly, and I like using it afterwards to help ward off an old injury. It’s been a simple way to loosen things up and feel more recovered after workouts. It’s also nice to hop on in the morning as a way to wake up a bit. Overall, it’s been easy to stick with and fits naturally into my routine.
