Love This Vibration Plate!

Cannot rave enough about this vibration plate! I received it as a birthday gift and I absolutely love it! There is such a huge variety of settings you can use so that you can really tailor it to what benefits need specifically. I’ve had several others try it too and one of them saw relief of his back pain within 20 minutes of use and a few of them are looking to purchase one for themselves!

I’ve been using it almost every night for 2 weeks. I just started working out again after a herniated disc. I’m honestly not sure if it’s helping me with anything yet, but it feels good.

I did the simple 10 min low intensity to start, feet in the medium placement. Everything was jiggling and I am excited to continue to use it!

New to using a vibration plate and excited to see what this can do for my joint stiffness. Three uses in and I can already feel it. You can tell a big difference when using the 4D mode! Think this is going to be a great addition to my daily workout routine.
