Just starting and you definitely can feel it throughout your entire body. Whether you are just wanting a good shake for stability and recovery, training, or improve your circulation, I recommend you give the Rumplex 4D Vibration Plate a try. PS it’s a sturdy plate with a relatively quiet motor.

Not sure if something is wrong with mine as I just got it and it started to beep right after I plugged in machine and it won’t stop I have turned off sound from remote but it still beeps help or I will need to return for a full refund
