Just started using it - I bought it because I really like the vibration plate I use at OsteoStrong. So far the pulsation mode seems to be just as good. I gave it only 4 stars because I am still learning about all the features.

significant improvement of lymphatic flow

Impaired lymphatic circulation affecting right leg after three weeks of daily use showed a significant reduction of two inches after three weeks of daily LifePro Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate. After borrowing this exercise machine from a family member I needed to get one for myself for home use to maintain this result. Excellent product.

I’d gone to Hawaii to see family but I went to get an adjustment at the chiropractor over there and he introduced me to this. I’d done it as a warm up to loosen my muscles, but it works lovely for all other things as it says!

You can feel it working for muscle recovery, I'm just not sure it delivers on all its promises. But perhaps there's just something I'm missing.
