Feeling stronger

I purchased my lifepro 10 days ago. I have noticed if I skip a day with my exercise regiment I feel more sluggish. I have decided I don’t need any other machine. With this machine anyone can exercise, feel better, and stronger. It’s 10 mins a day while watching TV. As you get older it’s harder to exercise. You don’t feel well every day… like you did when you were young. After using this machine at 69yo I feel energized. I would suggest older folks get a machine. You can stay in you cool home out of the sun and exercise on this machine. Put it next to a wall or a walker in front of the machine for stability in my opinion.

So far i have to say this unit is well built and a good value for the money. It is fun to use because it is much quieter than expected. I am sure I will see some results very soon. Well done!

I’ve only had my turbo LifePro vibration plate for one week and I use it three times a day for 10 minutes and I’ve already noticed walking down steps. I’ve increased my balance and I take one step after another step without using handrails versus two feet per step and my neuropathy pain has improved and I’m thinking in the next two weeks I should be able to stop taking tramadol

so I’ve only use my turbo vibration plate for one week three times a day at 10 minutes each, and I’ve increased my balance, walking down steps without having to use handrail and taking one step after another instead of one step with 2 feet,, so far, it has improved my neuropathy pain, and in another couple of weeks, I will stop taking my tramadol

Lifepro turbo

My lifepro turbo arrived late yesterday. My husband and I both tried it out and so far, we love it. Very well made and we love the lifetime warranty. He has lower back pain, and I have issues with my hips and knees. We are excited to see where we will be in a couple months.

My vibration plate came yesterday evening. I spent a couple months researching before deciding on the Lifepro 3d. Very happy with my decision. I started with sitting down in a chair with the machine on P-3. Halfway through I stood up with no issues or concerns. It felt very nice on my 69-year-old body. I have bad knees and hips. After seeing the plate my husband showed interest in using it himself. He has been having issues with his lower back. I'm hopeful and excited to see where we are at in a month or two. We both noticed how sturdy and well made the machine is and we love the lifetime warranty. It's very quiet which is a big plus for us.
