I recently purchased the life pro 3D vibration plate online. The product arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I purchased the VP to help with lymphatic drainage as well as weight loss. I immediately started using the vibration plate and so far it’s met my expectations. I feel like my energy has increased and I feel completely relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend this product.

I just opened my turbo, it was bigger than I expected. It is easy to use and I was having hip pain and to my surprise, I sit on my turbo and after the 10 minutes, my pain was gone!! I am so Excited!!!

I've only had my Turbo for a few days but I love it. The bands that attach to the vibration plate are too long for me, I'm 5'4". They offer little resistance but I have free weights I can use. It's very sturdy. I hope to find exercises to use for my plantar fasciitis, sciatica and osteopinea.
