Vibrating my way to new heights

Man, I really was battling with buying a vibration plate or not. I’ve been in an out of the gym over the years and with life changing had me rethink of ways to stay healthy. Being 46 years old and no known health issues, I decided to try one after reading the benefits of using these plates. I’m new to this but after the initial try, my legs and abs really were on fire. I will continue to monitor my results after 30 days but I can already feel my muscles getting a workout.

SURPRISED WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY

I just unboxed this vibration plate and I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality of this machine. I have not even used it yet as I am currently looking for batteries to operate the remote-which I can use without a remote.
My daughter couldn’t wait to jump on it and she’s already asking me to go again. I am pleasantly surprised at how quiet this machine is. WOW!!
I’m STUNNED it has a lifetime warranty!!! I did not know that when I purchased it. I’m hoping it helps with lymphatic drainage and overall body and joint pain. Weight loss, HGH increase and cellulite reduction would all be a bonus. I will check back in and let you all know how it goes.
