Great workout!

I haven't tried the LifePro Turbo 3D yet, as it just arrived. I've used the Rumblex Pro 4D all summer and really enjoyed how it loosened up tightness in hips and back. Good workout. I bought the Turbo 3D as it is a little smaller and have it in our Condo. Expect it to provide similar results to the big one.

Nice addition to my work out

I was not sure if this would be a useful took for my workout routine but I found tha tit helps me with my well being and visural fat. Don't be fooled, a 30 minute workout on this machine will wear you out.
