This is my first time using this type of product. The quality appears to be very very good. The instructions are clear. I'm very excited about the purchase and I weigh 240 pounds I'm 54 and I am able to sit on the product stand on the product move around on the product I don't feel too heavy. I feel that the product can hold my weight just fine.
