My husband and I received our Lifepro Turbo 3D Vibration Plate on April 20th and have been using it for the past three days. We both can already tell a difference in leg circulation. We look forward to our continued use and also to physical improvements that we hope to see in the future.

Only feedback I have is that is would be nice to be able to pause a program. Or maybe there is an option and I just haven’t found it.

I received my vibration plate yesterday and i love it. I am working on my balance and so far it has been ok. I did a little workout today and I feel like I actually did something. I suffer from hip pain and between yesterday and today I have not had any.

Just received the turbo 3d plate and I’m surprised at how sturdy and intense it is. So far so good I will use it regularly and check back in later to report on results

I haven't had a chance to really use the vibration plate fully but I have been using under my desk when working. It has definitely helped with my leg pain. I am hoping to get into a 20 minute a day use soon.
