I just set it up and used it on preset mode. Feels like it's going to be good for me to build more solid bone, better circulation , stronger muscles, and lymphatic drainage benefits. Thank you.

I’ve been slowly integrating it into my fitness routine, as is recommended for lymphatic drainage. Can’t comment on results yet. Wish the electronic settings had a lock move, as when seated or stretching on base has resulted in inadvertently pressing the stop button.

Using the Turbo 3D

The Turbo 3D has already relieved my leg and joint pain. I can’t wait to feel the long term benefits. It was easy to set up and get started and the remote makes it super simple to use. Loving doing exercises on it!
