Love my life pro vibrating plate. I just got it today and used it for ten minutes. My legs do not feel as sore after being on them all day at work. Hoping this only gets better, with time.

I purchased the LifePro Turbo vibration plate and Live it.
I tried it at a friends home and bought one from the same company but went down to a more reasonable one for my budget!

I’m active and Highly recommend this if you are too busy to get in a walk. You can also use for planks, arms- and more
