Just got it today and looking forward to getting into a routine. I'll send feedback once my family and I have tested it! I'll give it 5 star for over all look in quality. It's beefy for sure.

Surprising results

I have MS and two other autoimmune. I didn’t expect the plate to work for me but to my surprise it DID! Just 15 minutes a day on the plate has changed my life in a hug way. I am up to 2 miles almost every day on the treadmill with incline and @3 mph! That is huge for me! It hasn’t happened with any other tries and I am so grateful. I’m glad I took the chance!

I’ve been on this for a week and can see positive changes in my body. I anticipate seeing even bigger changes as I continue to Use. I encourage anyone that doesn’t want to go to a gym, but needs exercise to purchase one of these.
