I have had a knee replacement over a year ago and had not achieved the level of strength and mobility I was expecting despite staying in therapy for six weeks rather than the usual two weeks. wanted to keep going to therapy until I was happy with results but my Dr said at “our age” it’s more about time to heal than more therapy. In ten days using my turbo 3D Vibration Plate my mobility is significantly better and my strength is gradually increasing so that I’m better able to climb stairs.

I received the 3D Vibration plate and the Agility Mini Vibrating Massage Ball and I have been using them both on a regular basis. I am hoping that with the regular use they will increase my bone density and also help with lymph drainage.

Never used anything like this before I can feel the wave through my entire body & depending on where my feet are positioned it gives different intensity , just started using it but can feel the impact each session BB
