Comes with a lot!

I have yet to use it but am very excited to once I get it set up in my new workout area. It comes with resistance bands with handles and smaller resistance bands, as well as a remote and a user manual. The manual has plenty of useful information to help you set up, use, and get the most out of the plate, including different positions, programs, and a link to their library of personal training videos.

Starting Off Great!

I have had my Turbo 3D Plate for about a week and a half. I haven't noticed any differences yet, however, what I have used and seen so far- awesome! I love how quiet the machine is, that my Women's Size 10 feet fit on the plate with ease, the remote that comes with it, and how it has preprogrammed options!

I have been using my Turbo 3D for a little over a week now. I am so happy I made this choice. It is perfect for me. The timer is great and I'm looking forward to the strength and vitality that will come with all the amazing settings that are programmed.

Thank you I started using the Turbo 3D vibrations plate. So far I am loving it.
It plugged good with heavy duty power transformer, however wish you can make ones that suits Saudi Arabia power. :)
