So Far I'm Loving It!!

I've been looking at getting a vibration plate for about a year now. My mom purchased a Lifepro waver last year and has truly noticed a difference in how she feels when she uses it and notices a big difference when she goes a few days not using it. I've only used mine a couple times and noticed my sore muscles not hurting after going up and down a ladder multiple times a day. I'm a devoted customer for life!

The plate is helping to keep me loose and relaxed especially after a workout or day of sitting at work. I got it to help with lymphatic drainage as well.
