Just received my vibration plate, got it plugged in and it does not work. Brand new batteries in the remote. It’s getting power since the on/off switch is illuminated but it will not turn on

I just got it today and tried it out and compared to the other one I was using I love this one, I could actual feel it it my stomach area and then I squat and feel it in my legs. This one is much wider than my other vibration plate and I think that is why I feel it in places than the other one.
